What you will do

As a Team Lead Service, you’ll take on both disciplinary leadership and operational service responsibilities. You will serve as a key technical expert and customer-facing representative, maintaining high service standards and contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.
This position requires the willingness to travel approximately 50% of the role.

Leadership & Management (50%)

  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Taiwanese service team
  • Manage resource planning, field service coordination and inventory control for the local service region
  • Responsible for the realization of system & service revenue recognition and for warranty approval
  • Define, implement and continuously improve service processes to ensure productivity, service quality, adherence to service times and effective risk management
  • Lead customer escalation management and act as the primary point of contact for critical service issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially Sales and Business Operations

Operational & Technical Service (50%)

  • Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of X-Ray inspection systems and other technical equipment at customer sites and/or remote 
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
  • Provide technical training to customers on system operation, maintenance and software use


What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or equivalence
  • Extensive knowledge of electronics, including electrical circuits, single-phase and three-phase systems, PLC logic, motion control systems and laboratory equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering tools)
  • 5 + years of hands-on experience troubleshooting electronic equipment in industrial environments
  • Experience in employee supervision and team management
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems, including MS Office, CRM tools and SAP
  • Business-fluent in written and spoken in local language and English
  • Valid Class B driving license
  • Willingness to travel 50%
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong customer focus and proven experience working in cross-functional, global teams
