System Tester

What you will do:

• Independent development of test specifications and test plans for complex systems
• Independent identification and assessment of regulatory requirements related to verification and validation activities
• Execution of complex system tests, including performance, workflow, security and exploratory testing
• Independent execution of verification and validation testing of functional safety requirements
• Documentation, analysis and evaluation of test results in a structured and traceable manner
• Review of system requirements for completeness, consistency and testability
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of systems engineering processes across department
• Participation in the development, introduction and implementation of a systematic system test concept

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven expertise in verification and validation testing of complex systems
• Familiarity with TestBench, TestLink, or similar testing and test management tools is considered an advantage
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken
• Strong systems-thinking mindset with a high level of quality awareness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a strong problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
