Service Engineer

As part of the Industrial X-Ray Systems (IXS) division, our Comet Yxlon brand delivers advanced industrial X-ray and CT solutions for reliable non-destructive testing, analysis and quality assurance in semiconductor, electronics, automotive and other high-tech industries.

What you will do:

• Responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of X-ray systems to ensure stable and optimal performance.
• Execute service operations in line with process standards, focusing on productivity, turnaround time, and quality.
•  Support spare parts handling and inventory coordination to enable timely service response.
• Document service reports and system data accurately in accordance with company and financial guidelines.
• Provide basic customer training and application support to strengthen satisfaction and user confidence.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Physics, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment service or FAE roles.
• Proven experience with advanced packaging or metrology equipment is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with semiconductor advanced manufacturing processes.
• Technical skills in IC packaging/testing, optical component inspection, or semiconductor test program development.
• Proficiency in English (Fluent in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
