To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our Industrial X-Ray Systems division at the Taipei site as a

 

Customer Success Manager / Project Manager

As part of the Industrial X-Ray Systems (IXS) division, our Comet Yxlon brand delivers advanced industrial X-ray and CT solutions for reliable non-destructive testing, analysis and quality assurance in semiconductor, electronics, automotive and other high-tech industries.

 

What you will do:

  • Main contact person for requirements clarification with the sales and the customer
  • Management / coordination of customer projects this includes among :
    - Clarification/consolidation of tender documents together with local sales
    - Inquiring, consolidating & forwarding special customer requests.
    - Managing the technical clarification together with the Customer Program Manager / Product Manager, Customer Success Manager in the Headquarter and local engineering team.
    - Close coordination with Order Desk Manager & Sales to coordinate changes in scope/schedule with the customer.
    - Local coordinator of the local Engineering-Team
  • Support the sales process and order fulfillment for complex upgrades and manage complex corrective actions.
  • Coordination of the qualification phase with customers and Installation & complex service coordination with local team
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects for customers and management
  • Close collaboration with customers to understand their needs and ensure their requirements as well as with the Customer Program Manager to ensure projects are delivered successfully
  • Continuous synchronization and transparency within the connected roles on a local and global level


What you bring: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or industrial engineering studies
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating projects and working with customers
  • Experience in working with development departments, including in agile setup
  • Basic understanding of production processes in the semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong ability to solve complex problems and to make decisions
  • Ideally documented project management skills, also in the agile environment
  • Strong MS Office knowledge. JIRA, Confluence and SAP are an asset
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken
