Application Engineer

As part of the Industrial X-Ray Systems (IXS) division, our Comet Yxlon brand delivers advanced industrial X-ray and CT solutions for reliable non-destructive testing, analysis and quality assurance in semiconductor, electronics, automotive and other high-tech industries.
What you will do:
- Reports directly to Regional Head of Sales
- Reports in dotted line to Director Global Application & Training
- Application support in technical discussions, and demo preparation with Sales team
- Expert Training to Customers for our main product in Semi
- 1st line technical interface between Comet and customers
What you bring:
- Conduct on-site advanced application training for (key) customers and provide customized solutions.
- Proficient in VG Max and Dragonfly advanced analysis and applied related functions to support project competitiveness.
- Assist in preparing local marketing materials and conducting demonstrations at exhibitions and customer events.
- Accept being exposed to and able to support technical presentations at customer and marketing events
- Support, developing and improving application strategies to identify competitive advantages
