To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our Plasma Control Technologies division at the Suwon-si, Gyeo. site as a

Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

We develop and produce innovative high-tech components and systems based on X-ray and radio-frequency technology. Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient, and more sustainable production, mobility and communication. 

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Drive projects through product development tollgate process and ensure processes are followed and all product documents and data are completed and stored.

• Review and manage project scope, goals, resources, and deliverables & provide regular status updates (costs, milestones, other KPI's) to all involved departments & parties

• Prepare team for internal design reviews to minimize technical and commercial risks and influence teams to keep projects on time and on target

• Execute change management; document scope requirements and associated risks, track and revise project timeline, forecast project cost and communicate through the appropriate channels.

• Manages projects through all aspects of New Product Introduction processes for RF Power Systems, in particular matching networks, from project initiation through successful transfer into production in Manufacturing locations worldwide

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (Degree in technical field desirable)

• Fluent communication skills in English and Korean (reading, writing, speaking) and overall strong communication and collaboration skills across multifunctional and international teams

• Minimum three years experience as a project manager managing multiple projects in engineering and production environments

• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude to function within and outside the team - you like to find solutions for complex challenges

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mind-set, diligent and accurate while working under a time pressure
