Head of Field Service

What you will do:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end service operations across Korea.
• Establish and maintain the service network covering Korea region with experienced service technicians
• Drive service excellence, customer satisfaction, service revenue growth, and operational efficiency while aligning with global service standards.

What you bring:  

• Possess a Bachelor/Master of engineering degree in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical service or technical service management, preferably in semiconductor equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of X-ray technology, NDT principles, and industrial safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
