In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do: 

• Lead regional technical strategy and alignment between GPS, Sales, Applications Engineering, and global product stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical interface to semiconductor OEM/IDM customers, ensuring clarity of requirements and consistency of support.
• Provide expert guidance on RF systems, plasma processes, tool integration, reliability trends, and system-level performance.
• Coordinate and lead escalation management locally, including root cause analysis, containment, and global collaboration with R&D and Product Engineering.
• Facilitate new product evaluations, installations, and upgrade readiness across key regional accounts.

What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline required; PhD strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, plasma processing, RF power delivery systems, or equipment integration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively at engineering, management, and executive levels.
