In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

Position: Project Engineer and NPI Manufacturing Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

Project management

• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change

Process control

• Determine root cause of failures by using statistical methods (SPC) that may result in changes in design, tolerances, or processing methods.
• Develop the action plans and solution to against the quality, assembly and packaging issue.
• Responsible for update and trace the Process FEMA, Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders for products.
• Provide technical support to train new operators and qualify operator skills level regularly.

Continues improvement

• Work closely with team to implement lean projects for increasing the production flexibility.
• Participate in layout optimization and Productive Maintenance.
• Develop and implement the production tracking and quality control systems.
• Support engineers from R&D department in Switzerland and USA and Korea.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Major in electric/electrical [prefer with RF or Wafer FAB knowledge]
• Fluent English level in writing, reading and speaking
• 3 years working experience or above in electrical industry
• RF knowledge
• SAP
• Lean manufacturing concept, Six Sigma
• Good problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge about the methods and techniques of manufacturing
• Should be well organized and have an eye for detail
• Good leadership qualities
• Good coordination skills to work with various departments
• Good teamwork
• Good communication skills
