Field Application Engineer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do: 

• Technical face to the customer for all pre-sales and after-sales activities for RF products
• Responsible for understanding the technical requirements of customers as they relate to Vacuum Capacitors, Impedance Matching Networks and RF power generators
• Work closely with other departments to develop initial prototypes and refine them to gain customer acceptance
• Communicate closely with other departments, both in China and in other locations, including sales, quality and production

What you bring: 

• B.S, MS or PhD in electrical engineering
• Background in High Power RF (radio frequency) technology.  Preferable to have direct experience with Impedance Matching Networks and RF Generators in semiconductor, solar, LCD or LED manufacturing equipment
• Good communications skills, (English – a must -oral and written)
• Customer relationship management
• A strong teamwork player with internal multi-national functional teams
