Senior Director HR North America

What You Will Do:

• Act as the senior HR leader for North America (U.S. & Canada), aligning HR and business strategies for organizational effectiveness.
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed HR team.
• Translate business needs into regionally aligned HR strategies and initiatives in collaboration with global Centers of Expertise.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain a strong, employee-focused HR environment.
• Drive process improvements and enhance HR service delivery across.
• Lead or co-lead global HR initiatives (e.g., leadership development, DEI, HR tech) and align regional needs with global strategy.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong leadership experience supporting U.S. and Canadian operations.
• Proven ability to lead remote and cross-border HR teams effectively.
• Strong track record of integrating business strategy with talent management and organizational development.
• Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Expertise in managing complex HR projects and driving global transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills with a strategic yet hands-on approach.

The target salary range for this job is approximately $220,000 to $300,000 annually excl. profit share participation.
