Project Manager-Temp (PLM)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

 What will you do?

We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP and Siemens’ Team Center. The role requires strong proficiency in working cross functionally, with a proven track record of managing programs within a matrix globally distributed team.

As a PLM Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities of the PLM platform transition, ensuring project execution and delivery while providing clear communication and expert insights to drive successful outcomes.

• Identify and resolve resource gaps to optimize project performance
• Prepare and deliver clear, consistent project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
• Prioritize and standardize development tasks and project processes across Value Streams, and core platform requirements
• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans for end users, for post-go-live support
• Mitigate risks by monitoring progress, influencing deliverables, and reporting on team contributions
• Provide expert insights on PLM implementation challenges, leveraging experience to navigate complexities and drive successful outcomes

Who are we looking for?

• Experience of delivering PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) System implementation and migration projects and programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP item, attributes, BOM structures, and their inter-relations.
• Proficiency in delivering implementation of engineering change management processes and systems.
• Experience of delivering global supply chain systems implementation and migration projects.
• Experience of delivering projects to integrate PLM system with other downstream systems in supply chain value streams, i.e., SAP
• Having Teamcenter implementation experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional alignment

The target salary range for this job is approximately $69-$75 per hour.
