Global Head of Key Accounts - PCT 

San Jose, CA (USA) or Flamatt (Switzerland)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

 

Summary:

Develop and execute short term and long-term strategies for Key Accounts globally at Semiconductor Equipment OEMs and lead Comet and customer relationships with goal to increase design wins and grow market share in the RF subsystem market.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage development of forecasts for short medium and long range to support S&OP and division revenue requirements and goals.
  • Develop negotiation plans and pricing strategies and lead commercial contract negotiations.
  • Manage day-to-day risks and serve as escalation point for customer relationship issues.
  • Lead global teams with focus on talent development.
  • Partner with internal organizations to improve inventory management, ensure compliance with quality standard and regulations and achieve timely resolution of billing and pricing issues.
  • Serve as Sales SME and work collaboratively with leaders of Sales Operations and Global Product Support to develop efficient and effective processes to support improved customer trust and efficiency.
  • Work in a dynamic environment to articulate the "voice of the customer," balanced by Comet corporate goals and objectives.
  • Provide detailed and accurate forecasts and revenue projections for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor customer and market requirements and trends and provide input and guidance to Product Management and R&D for product development opportunities and go to market plans
  • Represent Comet at industry and trade events in conjunction with Marketing and Communications goals.

Who we are looking for: (Skills and Technical Qualifications)

  •  B.S. Degree in Engineering or technical discipline is preferred, with an MBA being highly desirable. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Account Management and Sales leadership, or related fields. 
  • Strongly preferred experience in the Semiconductor industry or RF Technology. 
  • Solid project management and influencing skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent attention to detail, with professional-level verbal and written communication skills required to interact with customers and senior management staff.  

 

Compensation for this sales role is comprised of base salary and Sales Incentive Compensation.  The base salary for this role is approximately $200,000 to $230,000 annual, plus a sales incentive plan.
