In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

A Director of Product and Marketing is a high-level executive responsible for overseeing the product and marketing strategies and activities for an organization. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing product launches, and driving market adoption and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute overall marketing strategies, aligning them with business objectives of Comet PCT RF products
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product promotion, and product positioning.
- Responsible for Overall Product Messaging: Collaborate with product mangers to drive product collaterals for Customer TRMs, internal product and strategic reviews, Semicon shows, internal product training etc.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, partner with Marcom on tradeshows and online and digital product campaigns,
- Product Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Identify key technology challenges and inflections of our customers for making advanced Semiconductor logic and memory chips, translate into technical and market requirements for new customer application, new product innovation and differentiation
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team.
- Content and Enablement: Develop and produce marketing content and enablement materials for internal and external use.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with product manager, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in engineering, physics or any comparable science background, an EMBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 15+ years' experience in research and development or product marketing or similar functions within RF sub-systems and components for semiconductor plasma processing.
- Track record to lead product marketing effort for new business growth in semiconductor industry.
- Technical expertise and sound knowledge in semiconductor plasma processing applications, i.e. etch, deposition, ALD, ALE, strip & clean, etc.
- Ability to combine your technical understanding with commercial aspects to build customer value as well as strong relationships with internal stakeholders including C-level.
- Leadership with or without direct authority, cross-collaboration, and influencing others
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving business growth with balanced technical and business senses
- Experience with developing and executing effective strategies for growth opportunities.
Compensation for this role is comprised of base salary plus profit-sharing bonus plan. The target base salary range for this job is approximately $220,000 to $240,000 annually.
