Vaccap Production Technician- Permanent

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Perform test related tasks for unit under test via Test platform provided by Company, Trouble shoot test unit, perform debugging for minor Test failure unit.
• Perform proper execution of test operations by following PMS work instructions, including maintaining test fixtures and equipment through daily cleaning and routine maintenance, organizing workbenches, tools, and equipment according to 5S and operational standards.
• Promote and support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities in Manufacturing.
• Read schematics, assembly drawings and data sheets in performing tests, building fixtures and trouble-shooting equipment.
• Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, rework/repair of non-conforming manufactured product in determining root cause and generate detailed Failure Analysis Reports as required.

What you bring:

• Technician Diploma.
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing
• Excellent working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, especially RF Matching Networks and Generators.
• Maintain 5S and proficient with LabVIEW, C++, Excel Automation and macros.
• High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
