Test Technician (Permanent)- replacement

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Perform test related tasks for unit under test via Test platform provided by Company, Trouble shoot test unit, perform debugging for minor Test failure unit and perform Test cycle with correct sequent as per PMS Work Instruction.
• Maintain test fixtures and work areas by conducting daily cleaning, practicing 5S before shifts, and organizing tools and equipment according to standards.
• Promote and support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities in Manufacturing.
• Schedule, perform, and document routine maintenance for manufacturing and test equipment while interpreting schematics, assembly drawings, and datasheets for testing and troubleshooting.
• Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of non-conforming products, including preparing detailed Failure Analysis Reports to identify root causes.

What you bring:

• Technician Diploma
• 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing
• Excellent working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, especially RF Matching Networks and Generators
• Proficient with LabVIEW, C++, Excel Automation and macros
• High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
