Test Shift Lead- Replacement (Vaccap Tech)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Manage employee disciplinary matters by enforcing company policies, investigating misconduct cases, conducting disciplinary meetings, issuing warning letters, and maintaining proper documentation in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Oversee employee attendance, leave, overtime, and medical leave (MC) records to ensure accuracy and policy compliance, while addressing absenteeism and attendance-related issues.
• Support monthly payroll processing by verifying attendance data, overtime, allowances, and deductions, and coordinating with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, maintain confidentiality of employee information, assist audits, and prepare regular reports related to attendance, disciplinary actions, and payroll matters.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to attendance, disciplinary procedures, leave, and payroll, providing guidance and ensuring clear communication of company policies.

What you bring:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field is a plus.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, particularly in HR, payroll, or employee relations.
• Strong experience with attendance management, disciplinary procedures, and payroll processing.
• High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
