Shift Lead - Test

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

 

What you will do

  • Manage employee attendance, working hours, overtime, leave and medical leave (MC) records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and handle employee disciplinary matters, complaints and grievances, providing guidance on company policies and expected conduct.
  • Support accurate and timely month-end payroll and allowance processing, including attendance and payroll-related reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour requirements while maintaining confidentiality of employee, attendance, medical and salary information.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on attendance, leave, disciplinary and payroll matters, working closely with Production and HR.

 

What you bring

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant field is an advantage.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in HR, payroll or employee relations.
  • Strong experience in attendance management, disciplinary procedures and payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and solution-oriented, with a strong teamwork mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
