In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to employee conduct and behaviour.
• Oversee employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and consistency in tracking working hours, leaves, and overtime.
• Monitor and track employee medical leave (MC) requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations regarding attendance, disciplinary actions, and payroll.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding attendance, MC issues, and payroll-related inquiries.

What you bring:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field is a plus.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, particularly in HR, payroll, or employee relations.
• Strong experience with attendance management, disciplinary procedures, and payroll processing.
