Senior Process Quality Engineer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Conduct 8D problem-solving activities to address product quality issues and its improvement.
• Manage process NCR, CAPA and MRB activities for oversee and facilitate the non-conforming material activities.
• Support SPC and OCAP to ensure effective process control and quality performance.
• Conduct regular process audits, including Lam POR self-audits and participate in PFMEA activities.
• Support customer and ISO 9001 compliance audit and other task assigned from Quality Manager.

What you bring:

• Knowledge of PFMEA with the ability to update and manager new events effectively.
• Solid understanding of copy exact principle, RCCA and 8D reporting.
• Able to speak and write English fluently and good technical communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or quality-related environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Minitab and Jump is a plus.
