Senior Process Engineer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions and BOM for vacuum capacitor production. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance yield, reduce costs, automation, and improve product quality.
  • Conduct process capability studies and statistical process control (SPC) analysis. Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards and control procedures.
  • Collaborate and supports on quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, final product testing through till packaging and shipping.
  • Lead and resolve manufacturing issues and escalations with corrective and preventive actions implementation. Establish process for maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Travel may be required.

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Materials Science/Industrial Engineering or equivalent with minimum 4 years relevant experience in vacuum capacitor manufacturing or design roles, or equivalent within similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of vacuum capacitor technology and its application, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience of ERP system such as SAP, project management tools such as JIRA. Experience with Semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
  • Proficient in 3D mechanical modelling with SolidWorks. Knowledge of curve analysis (signal processing)
