Senior Manufacturing Engineer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain accurate BOMs in SAP while supporting efficient material and production planning
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including prototype builds, PFMEA, OMS creation, and smooth product transitions
- Design and develop manufacturing tools, fixtures, and automation solutions to improve production efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, JIT, Kanban) to optimize workflows and reduce cycle time
- Perform failure analysis (RCCA), troubleshoot manufacturability issues (DFM), and implement root cause solutions to improve product quality.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering with 5+ years of manufacturing experience (preferably in semiconductor industry)
- Strong hands-on experience in NPI, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives in factory environments
- Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Minitab/JMP (SPC), SolidWorks, and AutoCAD
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, high-level assembly (HLA), and quality systems (ISO, “Copy Exactly” principles)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments
