Senior HR Project Manager

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of regional and global HR projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables are met.
- Drive HR transformation initiatives, including HR technology, payroll system, and process implementation projects.
- Standardize and optimize HR operations, policies, workflows, and employee lifecycle processes across regions.
- Develop change management, communication, and training plans to support adoption of new tools, policies, and organizational changes.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks and compliance requirements, and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience leading HR-related projects in a regional or global environment.
- Strong project management expertise, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Experience implementing HR technologies and systems, with knowledge of SuccessFactors and project management tools.
- Ability to manage cross-border projects, navigate labor law considerations, mitigate risks, and drive organizational change.
