Finance Specialist

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do:

• Perform monthly financial closing and reporting for the Aachen site (support and deputizing for the Flamatt site), including analysis, timely business-relevant reporting.
• Managing production and project controlling including ensure a correct value flow, actively pursuing efficiency improvement measures as part of the global Excellence Program for the Aachen site.
• Act as local key user for SAP CO in Aachen and ensure timely and business-relevant reporting.
• Manage global controlling activities including Global IC calculations, accrual coordination, invoicing with purchasing and sales offices, and maintenance of global project master data to support global value flow.
• Maintaining global inventory allowance valuations (Slow-moving inventory for Aachen & Flamatt), prepare monthly global Power BI reports, and execute quarterly costing runs for all manufacturing sites.

What you bring:

• Bachelor ‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Management Information System.
• +8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis / Controlling supporting manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), with advanced skills in Power BI and Excel Macros for data analysis and automation.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports, with a solid understanding of organizational goals and the ability to drive process efficiencies through business process improvement and automation.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) is an add advantage.
