Senior Equipment Engineer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What You'll Do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and BOMs for vacuum capacitor production equipment.
- Enhance equipment performance, reliability, product quality, and manufacturing yield through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production and equipment issues, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Manage preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and certification activities to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and support efficient manufacturing operations.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of vacuum capacitor technology, precision mechanics, automation systems, and semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
- Experience in process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and data-driven manufacturing improvement.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and operational efficiency.
- Experience using ERP and project management tools such as SAP and JIRA, along with proficiency in SolidWorks 3D mechanical modeling.
