Senior Equipment Engineer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What You Will Do
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and BOM for vacuum capacitor production equipment
- Analyze equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime
- Improve equipment performance, reliability, and process parameters to enhance product quality and yield
- Establish and maintain process control strategies, preventive maintenance plans, and equipment calibration standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, implement new technologies, and support production operation
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials Science, or Industrial Engineering with minimum 4 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of vacuum capacitor technology, precision mechanics, and automation systems
- Experience in SPC, data analysis, and problem-solving with a strong analytical mindset
- Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP), JIRA, SolidWorks, and semiconductor equipment manufacturing
- Programming knowledge (C++, C#, Visual Basic, PLC) with strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
