Sales Operations Administrator

As part of the Industrial X-Ray Systems (IXS) division, our Comet Yxlon brand delivers advanced industrial X-ray and CT solutions for reliable non-destructive testing, analysis and quality assurance in semiconductor, electronics, automotive and other high-tech industries.

What you will do

• Manage sales order processing in SAP and CRM, from order creation through initial invoicing and handover to the Order Desk.
• Prepare order confirmations, down-payment invoices, guarantees, and letter of credit requests.
• Communicate with customers and support payment follow-up until the first down payment is received.
• Maintain customer master data, credit information, and support customer portal administration.
• Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order management and smooth sales operations.

What you bring

• A business qualification with at least 3 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or sales operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP (preferably SAP SD), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of international sales processes, including export and VAT regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
