RMA Supervisor

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage RMA product, ensure proper RWK & Test.
- Monitor productivity / efficiency and to meet schedules on time.
- Take charge line & technicians discipline to adhere to company policy.
- Manage production reporting such as, WIP report, WIP Aging, Output report, efficiency report, skill matrix and etc.
- Responsible for area Safety, 5S and physical inventory count.
- Take immediate action on employee problems, concerns, and recommendations.
- Evaluate, monitor, and react to personnel allocation in the Factory including the use of overtime in conjunction with production needs.
- Coordinate daily production meeting (GYAT) to drive for WIP flow, output and quality.
- Understanding production capacity and discuss with cross function team to plan according to forecast.
- Own primary accountability for RMA OTD and TAT.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of Production experience.
- Microsoft Outlook, SAP, Excel & MES proficiency.
- Have experience in LVHM, LLA, HLA, Box build, or system build Production.
- Familiar with ERP & MES concept to run production.
- Have lean concept mythology to strike for continue improvement.
- Prefer with RMA experience but not mandatory.
