Quality Manager

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What you will do:
- IQC: Perform dimensional and visual inspections of purchased parts, assemblies and products to required specifications.
- SQM: Supplier quality management. MRB: Oversee and facilitate the non-conforming material process.
- PMC: Execute/facilitate preventive maintenance and calibration needs of all equipment, fixtures and tools per released instructions.
- DHR: Review and approve manufacturing device history records, ensuring compliance with device master record and other quality system requirements.
- IPQA/OQA: Oversee the quality of in WIP and outgoing to make sure it meets specification.
What you bring:
- A solid background in QA (BS or MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other similar engineering discipline)
- 5-8 years’ experience in product-related quality management
- Sound knowledge of process analysis and problem-solving methods
- Familiar with regulations and normative requirements of the manufacturing industry (ISO 9001).
- Experience in performing supplier and customer audits
