Planner

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage daily, short-term, and long-term production plans to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and optimized inventory levels (ITO)
• Utilize SAP and planning tools to translate demand into supply requirements, ensuring material readiness for production
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, engineering, QA, and customer service teams to align schedules and resolve planning issues
• Monitor production capacity (man/machine), demand trends, and order changes, including rescheduling to meet business needs
• Drive planning performance and continuous improvement, including KPI tracking, inventory optimization, and support for ECOs and new projects

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field with minimum 5 years of planning experience in manufacturing (electronics/mechanical/semiconductor preferred)
• Strong expertise in SAP, production planning, demand planning, and capacity management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (power user level) and MS Office tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
