In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Utilize SAP to plan demand and supply requirements for work orders while coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure timely material delivery and sufficient production supply.
• Long/short-term Production planning, material availability checking and expediting and capacity (Man/Machine) analysis with production team to drive the capacity resource planning.
• Coordinate daily production meeting with related functions (Manufacturing, QA, Eng. CSR, Purchasing), to review the production schedule, actual output vs plan, also review the issues occurred during the work for short- and long-term solution.
• Manage customer order confirmation and rescheduling based on demand changes, production capacity, and material readiness.
• Monitor planning KPIs, demand trends, inventory optimization, ECO implementation, and support product transfer or new project introduction.

What you bring:

• Bachelor degree with technical background or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive material & production planner mandatory for multinational company in Electronic, Mechanical, Semiconductor industry or equivalent.
• Customer portal management experience strongly preferred.
• SAP experience and MS Office well known, preferably Excel supper user level.
• Methodical thinking and working and customer-oriented thinking.
