NPI Manager Vac Cap PEN

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Responsible for the introduction of products to HVM PEN (transfer from S20 to S30 in plant PEN) including Process & Equipment validation.
• Ensure product quality by monitoring SPC values, initiating corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement of infrastructure and processes to enhance product quality, maximize yield, and reduce cost in line with lean principles
• Responsible for the implementation of existing documentation as well as creating and maintenance of suitable additional local documentation (process guidelines, operation method sheet, etc.)
• Trouble shooting in production including non-conformity assessment, handling and implementation of corrective actions
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with NPI PCC VC FLA, SCM, HVM and SMC

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 Jahre working experience in a comparable role in an industrial production environment
• Technical knowledge in Vacuum, High Voltage and Materials technology and fundamental knowledge of Quality Management and Assurance methods.
• Knowledge of local Malaysian compliance, health & safety and environmental laws and guidelines.
• Experience with industrial automation software and HMIs. Ideally experience with SAP, Confluence and Jira.
