Maintenance Engineering & Automation Manager

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What Will You Do:

• Lead process optimization by designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

• Develop automation roadmaps, manage CAPEX budgets, and oversee equipment/tooling projects from design to deployment.

• Drive automation initiatives (e.g., BAS, HVAC, data monitoring) to enhance facility and production performance.

• Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and engineering solutions for safety/quality issues.

• Manage KPIs (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) to minimize downtime and optimize equipment effectiveness.
   

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 5–10 years’ experience in manufacturing/facilities automation, maintenance, and project management.

• Technical expertise: Process controls, BAS, lean methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.

• Leadership skills: Ability to mentor teams, negotiate with vendors, and communicate with stakeholders.
