Maintenance Engineering & Automation Engineer

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do:

• Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment and systems through mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering principles.
• Optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime and ensure good reliability. Transfer, install and setup of new manufacturing equipment on production floor. Develop preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal system uptime.
• Develop, maintain and update all documentations related to manufacturing equipment. Conduct equipment repair and rectification as and when required. Spare part planning, purchase and inventory management.
• Ensure suitable repair tools are available and maintained. Preparing maintenance reports and compliance records.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.Participate in GYAT, internal and external audits.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and/or Mechatronic engineering.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role within electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, electrical systems, and control engineering.
• Experience with industrial automation software and HMIs. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with AutoCAD, SAP and MS Office.
