Logistics Specialist

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do:

• Track and evaluate shipping data by preparing the respective reports require by management including daily outbound shipment handling for end to end process (this includes scheduling shipments and managing transportation providers).
• Ensure all outbound documents are available for shipment and clearance purposes.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationship with freight service providers, custom brokers, regulators via regular meetings and communication while review freight/custom declaration charges are align with market practice and identify opportunity for cost saving purposes.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation for audit purposes, review vendor invoices before submission to Accounts Payable, and ensure compliance with customs and export regulations.
• Provide logistics consultation and training to stakeholders, support new or improvement projects, and resolve logistical challenges to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

What you bring:

• Min. a diploma / bachelor’s degree / Professional Certificate in logistics, supply chain management.
• Working experience of 2-3 Years is required as Logistic Specialist.
• Proficient speaker of English and local language.
• Experienced in using SAP, Oracle etc is preferred.
• Good understanding and knowledge of Custom Act 1967.
