We develop and produce innovative high-tech components and systems based on X-ray and radio-frequency technology. Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication. 

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do 

• Support daily production operations by monitoring sample planning in alignment with released production schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution. 

• Assist in training operators (skilled and unskilled) on new products, processes, and work instructions to maintain consistency and quality standards. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Jitsuken) by identifying process inefficiencies and supporting implementation of corrective actions. 

• Ensure manufacturing documentation is properly maintained, including production check sheets, operating work sheets, and other standard process records. 

• Coordinate production-related activities such as layout changes, interdepartmental collaboration, and basic equipment maintenance and calibration while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. 

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 

• Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles. 

• Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across production and cross-functional teams. 

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey instructions and updates. 

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement in a production environment
