Intern (HR Talent Acquisition) (Jan 2026 onwards)

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do:

• Talent Acquisition
  • Support and assist Career Fair activities.
  • Support the talent acquisition activities.
  • Tracking/documenting the Internal Referral program.
  • Handling talent acquisition documents and approvals.
  • Coordinating pre-onboarding activities.

• Onboarding
  • Sending the welcome email to new hires.
  • Tracking of HR inventory.
  • Ensure new hires’ documents are complete.

• Other Administration
  • Prepare PR, get approval and email to Buyer.
  • Assist in activities organized by HR - festive celebration.
  • Copy and filing of HR related document/forms.
  • All other admin task related to daily HR activities and projects.

What you bring:

• Rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree holder in Human Resource or related field.
• Interest to gain experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry, especially in RF Matching Networks and Generators.
• Proficient with communicating and writing in English.
• Experienced in basic Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point etc).
• Previous ATS / HRIS experience preferred but not necessary
