Indirect Operations Buyer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You'll Do

• Review and validate purchase requisitions for CAPEX, indirect materials, and services.
• Create, process, and expedite purchase orders while coordinating with vendors on order fulfillment.
• Manage PO and invoice-related activities, including resolving payment and invoice issues.
• Maintain SAP data accuracy and monitor purchase order receipt and fulfillment status.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, PMO, and vendors to support operational purchasing activities.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay; additional language skills (German, Korean, or Japanese) are an advantage.
