Indirect Operations Buyer

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What you will do
- Review and process purchase requisitions for indirect materials, services, and CAPEX purchases.
- Create, manage, and track purchase orders while ensuring timely vendor acknowledgment and delivery.
- Support PO and invoice management, including resolving invoice and payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement data in SAP and monitor order fulfillment status.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable, PMO, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth purchasing operations.
What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably in an industrial environment.

Hands-on experience with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay; additional language skills such as German, Korean, or Japanese are an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
