Head of Supply Planning & Fulfilment

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What you will do

• Lead the global supply planning and fulfilment strategy across VACCAPS manufacturing sites, translating demand into executable production and delivery plans.
• Own end-to-end supply planning, determining what products should be produced, where they should be manufactured, and when they should be built to meet customer and business requirements.
• Allocate production volumes across multiple manufacturing sites based on capacity, capabilities, material availability, priorities, and operational constraints, while balancing site utilization and bottlenecks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Demand Management, Production Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure timely fulfilment and mitigate supply risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in on-time delivery (OTD), schedule attainment, inventory turns, capacity utilization, and planning stability, while identifying and resolving risks impacting customer delivery and production capacity.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, Operations, or a related discipline, with 10–15+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong expertise in Master Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Order Fulfilment, with proven experience managing complex global supply networks.
• Demonstrated experience leading supply planning across multiple manufacturing sites, including production allocation, capacity balancing, and fulfilment optimization.
• Strong SAP PP knowledge and experience working with ERP-based planning systems; experience in semiconductor, electronics, EMS, or high-tech manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and make effective decisions in a global manufacturing environment.
