Global Head IT Services & IT Support

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.
What you will do:
- Operation of the IT Support function supporting the rest of the IT organisation. Oversee the day-to-day activities of service operations, ensuring Customer Service is achieved through strong SLAs.
- Ability to build a roadmap for the IT Support / Service Management area with a clear actionable plan and timeline to grow and improve the area
- Establish and optimize first line triage, service request end-to-end efficiencies, complex problem resolution and SLA achievement
- Design, implement and operate Service Management Processes, Tools, Operational Governance and Reporting
- Improve customer facing service through growing knowledge and capability to resolve customer incidents and escalations at first point of contact. Act as an escalation point for incidents and problems that cannot be resolved through the standard support model.
What you bring:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience with 3-5 years of experience is required
- Knowledge of operational Service Delivery models, Service Design, Service Level Management and processes
- Must have experience of implementing and managing Service Management and operational governance for large enterprise companies. Several years of professional experience as a leader of IT Service Management and IT Support teams.
- Requires excellent Customer Service attitude, effective communicator and strong analytical ability. Strong knowledge of OLAs and supplier SLAs and reporting of KPI's for end-to-end cycle times
- Excellent communication skills and project management skills. ITIL Foundation qualified
