To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our Plasma Control Technologies division at the Penang site as a


Facilities Manager

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.



  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience of at least 10 years in managing utilities/building in manufacturing industries is required for this position.
  • Certification in any chargeman certification.
  • Experience in working and dealing with government agencies.
  • Strong technical knowledge in utilities management.
  • Experience and equipped with knowledge of BIM technology is an added advantage



  • Lead and manage the facility, security and industrial engineering team on capability, tasks, KPI, training and retention.
  • Establish a standardized approach for the facility, security, and industrial engineering team locally and globally.
  • Create policy and guidance to ensure the facility, security, and industrial engineering team delivers operational excellence as a foundation to delivering customer service excellence.
  • Develop and deploy standard practices of the facility, security, and industrial engineering team by leading alignment of practices across regions. Ensure best practices are shared and adopted across regions.
  • Establish processes in managing and maintaining facility systems, ensuring supplies such as (Chiller system, CDA system, Electrical system, HVAC, etc) are well maintain with no disruption to the operations.
  • Set and measure team and individual performance with attainable goals and metrics.
  • Ensuring that facilities meets government regulations requirement such as (DOSH, DOE, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, etc.).
  • To manage the maintenance works for the entire building and facilities.
  • Manage CAPEX budget and actual status to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations and projects.
  • Lead and coordinate on facilities/building expansion projects.
  • To supervise internal and external team (outsourced service contractors) in daily facility maintenance activities.
  • Participates or lead the emergency response team.
  • Any other relevant and related responsibilities may be assigned to from time to time as required by superior.
