Senior Business Operations Analyst

What You Will Do

• Uncover, gather and clarify business questions, requirements and KPI definitions with Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities, Logistics, Sales and Finance stakeholders.
• Extract, validate and analyze data from SAP, Excel, Salesforce and approved sources; identify quality gaps and establish trusted datasets.
• Lead the resolution of complex business challenges by developing innovative analytical approaches where established solutions do not exist.
• Apply business process analysis techniques to assess current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of optimized solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards/solutions for order status, delays, supplier location and volume, real-time supply-chain gaps, operations labor utilization and planning plus other dashboards /solutions needed to meet business requirements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, industrial engineering or electrical/electronic engineering, supply chain, information systems or a comparable field.
• Five or more years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Demonstrated ability to extract and interpret SAP data and work with Excel-based operational datasets. Strong dashboard and data-visualization capability; Power BI or equivalent BI tooling (preferred Tableau/Qlik etc.)
• Working knowledge of manufacturing planning, inventory, supply-chain and sales-forecast processes; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Strong data extraction and data transformations skills (example: SQL, Python. Power Query)
