Global Functional HRIS Lead

What you will do:

• Provide functional leadership, guidance and coaching to an HRIS Specialist in executing system configurations and projects. 
• Lead and continuously improve the global HRIS landscape, ensuring stable, efficient and user-friendly HR system operations.
• Manage SuccessFactors and connected HR systems, including configurations, workflows, security, integrations, releases and issue resolution.
• Drive HR data quality, reporting accuracy and system governance through controls, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, IT, vendors and global stakeholders to prioritise enhancements, deliver projects and resolve critical system topics.
• Lead change, governance, and continuous improvement, establishing best practices, managing release cycles, coordinating testing, documenting changes, and ensuring the HRIS function delivers an exceptional user experience across the organisation. 

What you bring:

• Proven experience in lateral leadership (e.g. Project Management) in a global HRIS environment, with deep hands-on expertise across SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central and additional SuccessFactors modules). 
• Ability to work conceptual and conduct within the projects while remaining operational and support complex technical and functional issues when required. 
• Demonstrated expertise in SuccessFactors configuration, security, integrations, reporting, data governance, release management, and HR technology best practices. 
• Experience managing global stakeholders and external vendors, with the ability to influence senior HR and IT leaders while coordinating priorities across regions.
• A collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented leadership style, with excellent communication, project management, and continuous improvement skills, and the ability to lead a lean team while remaining actively involved in delivery.
