Senior Manager Business Development Asia and RoW 100%

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What you will do:

Define and execute the regional growth strategy for Comet PCT in Asia, driving expansion across RF platforms, digital products, generators, matching networks, and vacuum capacitors

Identify and capture new business opportunities through deep market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive insights across the semiconductor ecosystem

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers, translating next-generation semiconductor challenges (e.g., etch, deposition, ALD/ALE) into innovative solutions

Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-value, end-to-end solutions for regional customers, ensuring alignment across technical and commercial teams

Negotiate complex agreements and drive strategic deals that maximize revenue growth, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships
What you bring:

MSc or PhD in Science or Engineering, with strong expertise in semiconductor plasma processing applications

Solid understanding of RF subsystems and components, including RF platforms, digital products, generators, matching networks, and vacuum capacitors

10+ years of experience in plasma processing, RF engineering, product management, or business development within the semiconductor industry

Proven leadership in cross-functional environments, with strong strategic thinking and a track record of driving sustainable business growth

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent English required, Japanese is a strong plus, willingness to travel up to 25%
