Senior IT Performance Manager 80-100%

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do: 

• Manage the IT portfolio and projects, oversee gatekeeping, compliance, and quality control for general IT processes

• Alignment of IT target operating model and ways of working towards business requirements 

• Definition of IT performance KPIs and reporting on SLAs, OLAs, XLAs 

• Monitor IT capabilities, identify gaps, and take action to manage opportunities and risks

• Continuous reviews linked to processes and playbook performance and effectiveness 

• Act as a domain leader for IT function, measuring, tracking, and reporting on IT project success and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives

What you bring:   

• Complete studies in business administration, business informatics or related fields 

• 5 + years’ experience in similar functions within large corporations  

• Excellent project management skills and strong background in portfolio as well as service management  

• Ability to combine your process understanding with management aspects to create added value as well as strong relationships with internal stakeholders including C-level 

• Structured approach to complex situations, high level of autonomy and desire to shape the organization 

• Fluent English language skills, additional German language skills are desirable
