Prozessingenieur Industrialisierung 80-100% (m/w/d)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

This position requires proficient knowledge of German. The full text with all tasks, areas of responsibility as well as requirements is available in German only.

Das wirst du tun:

• Umsetzung von Industrialisierungsprojekten für Vakuumkondensatoren – Überführung der Produkte vom Prototyp zum Serienprodukt
• Weiterentwicklung des Produktentstehungsprozesses mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Prozesssicherheit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität
• Erstellen und Pflegen von Prozessdokumenten (Fertigungsvorschriften, Arbeitspläne etc.)
• Design und Life-Cycle Management von Fertigungshilfsmitteln für die Serienfertigung
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produktion nach LEAN Ansatz sowie Evaluation neuer Technologien unter Berücksichtigung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte

Was du mitbringst:

• Studium Ingenieurwesen (Uni) oder abgeschlossene Berufslehre im technischen Bereich sowie eine Weiterbildung als Ingenieur:in (FH) oder Techniker:in (HF)
• Fundiertes Prozessverständnis sowie praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Software
• Gute Portion Spass und Beharrlichkeit an der technischen Umsetzung hochwertiger Produkte
• SAP-Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen in der Serienproduktion sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
