Prozessingenieur Hochspannungstechnik 80-100% (m/w/d)

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

This position requires proficient knowledge of German. The full text with all tasks, areas of responsibility as well as requirements is available in German only.

Das wirst du tun: 
•    Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung für Vakuumkondensatoren mit Fokus auf elektrische Formierung mit kontrollierten Entladungen
•    Durchführen von Prozessanalysen (Prozesskurven-Analyse, statistische Auswertung, SPC)
•    Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von statistischen Versuchsreihen (DoE)
•    Evaluation neuer Technologien sowie Produktionsverfahren unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Gesichtspunkte
•    Aktive Mithilfe bei oder Leitung von Problemlösungsaktivitäten
•    Mitwirkung bei Design und Entwicklung von Anlagen, Fertigungshilfsmitteln und spezialisierter Messtechnik für die Serienfertigung

Was du mitbringst: 
•    BSc/MSc FH/ETH/Uni in Elektrotechnik oder Physik oder äquivalent
•    Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hochspannungsphysik (z.B. Townsend, Paschen, Plasma) insbesondere im Spannungsbereich von 1 – 100kV.
•    Fundierte Kenntnisse in analoger und digitaler Messtechnik
•    Kenntnisse in Hochfrequenztechnik und Ultrahochvakuum von Vorteil
•    Affinität im Umgang mit technischer Statistik sowie Problemlösungsmethoden
•    Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
