Project Manager Engineering 80-100%

In the Industrial X-Ray Modules (IXM) division, we provide safer, more economical and breakthrough solutions for non-destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X-ray technologies.

What you will do:

• Lead industrialization within a matrix organization, with a strong focus on Supply Chain & Operations 
• Drive the industrialization of products up to serial production while ensuring production and SCM specifications are met 
• Develop and implement production concepts, including ramp-up planning and capacity/asset requirement analyses 
• Take ownership of SAP master data including production documentation, BOMs and routings 
• Lead product and process optimization initiatives, applying quality methods such as PFMEA and PPAP
  
  

What you bring:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline (ETH / UAS or equivalent)  
• At least 5 years' experience in project management within an industrial environment 
• Solid understanding of production processes as well as Supply Chain & Operations structures; experience with SAP is an advantage 
• High level of flexibility combined with strong drive and execution focus 
• Fluency in German and English with strong communication and teamwork skills
