Order Management Specialist 80-100%

In the Industrial X-Ray Modules (IXM) division, we provide safer, more economical and breakthrough solutions for non-destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X-ray technologies.

What you will do:

• End-to-end ownership of the order management process – from the initial offer to invoicing
• Management of the assigned customer portfolio in all logistical and operational matters
• Acting as the central interface between customers, Supply Chain, Sales and internal service teams
• First point of contact for customer complaints, service and after-sales requests
• Active contribution to process improvements in line with LEAN and continuous improvement principles
  
  

What you bring:  

• Commercial education, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
• Experience in customer-facing roles and an interest in coordination across functions
• Structured, self-driven working style with strong cross-functional thinking
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
